Sybil has worked with start-ups, small and medium sized businesses and not for profits since 2008 - from developing business units and taking products to market within large, established businesses; to working at the coal face with brand new businesses, helping them bring their ideas to fruition. With a background in the Performing Arts and Learning and Development as well as decades in Marketing, Sybil believes that effective communication is at the heart of every successful organisation. Sybil is on the board of a new Australian networking group for women, as well as a director of No FGM Australia, which is a not for profit organisation that works to protect Australian girls and support Australian women who have survived female genital mutilation.

Having specialised in Arts Marketing, Lea delivers a knockout combination of strategy, practicality and creativity within her role as Marketing Manager. She has diverse experience across a number of Australian Arts Institutions, such as Bell Shakespeare, NIDA, Rock Eisteddfod Challenge and the Australian Performing Arts College. Lea is experienced in social media campaigns, wireframe and web design, content creation and management, image curation, print collateral roll out and generally making sure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

He is known for his ability to make complex ideas understandable, implementable and tailoring his approach to the unique needs of each client by tapping into extensive project management and consulting experience across a range of industries.
Good Grief engaged Atomic Tangerine to renew and re-design our website. We were looking to improve user experience, communication and messaging, and create a more appropriate look and feel. Atomic Tangerine immersed themselves not only in the Good Grief website, but also the Good Grief business model – but even further into the fabric of why and how we did what we do, helping people deal with their grief. Atomic Tangerine had the capacity to listen and absorb exactly what we wanted to achieve. They brought their analytic skills to bear to take the website apart and then re-design it so that every user experience would be improved. They were also able to provide a set of variables that would enable the programmers to make the website consistent. Good Grief’s website required on the one hand hard-edged business operations, but also on the other, emotional sensitivity.
